That title is only a suggested title. It has not yet been confirmed although it will definately be a 4 parter.
Synopsis:
It has been Confirmed that this final story will feature Rose Tyler, Mickey, Pete, Jackie, Sarah Jane, Captain Jack, Martha Jones, K9, Donna Noble and the Doctor.
There will be many villains in this episode which include Davros, the sontarans and the Daleks in a war as well as other aliens in a final gobsmacking battle.

oK, it is almost certain now that this is set to change... Although the story will be based around the same characters it is most likely not going to be called the time war or be a 4-parter

no 4 parter? now that's not fair they have made at least a 3 parter last season they should do a 4 parter this season.
