It's only 99, I've done Western Cave (A 99 floor) Three times and caught Mewtwo and I've also done buried relic (Another 99 floor0 at least five times, and I stil diodn't catch Mew! However I did get Deoxys in meteor cave, anf Ho-oh in Mt Faraway.
