I dont care if Fiji is a country they should have names for each state people cause if you say Americans there is 1/50 chance your saying Michigany

No there isn't. The chances are about 1.36% higher than that.
The population in each state is different, so according to the research I did, Michigan has about 3.36% of the population of the united states rather than the 2% your math states. However, Texas has a 7.8% probability, so it's more likely one of them gets picked.
