I didn't know which forum to post this in, so it'll probably get moved.

Me and a few other members (you know who you are) are making a cartoon called "People Doing Stuff". If you want to do voices for it (you record them, and I put them in the cartoon), PM me saying that you'll do one of the characters below (only characters with no voice yet can be chosen).

It seems to me you're short on women. Since I'm a women I could give you a hand... well, a voice. I'd just like to know what the cartoon is about. O, and what recording program do you use?

@Summerfrost: Good idea. The cartoon's about... well, it's the same sort of thing as Simpsons and Family Guy, so it's "about" something different every episode. The main characters are British, which is why I have cast myself as Megan instead of picking someone from the forum. However, the other characters, even though they live in Britain, can be any nationality.
To record, I just use Windows Movie Maker. I can't be bothered with the hassle of finding a program to download, especially if it's a demo version you have to renew every 30 days.

Cool. Ok one more question. When would you like it to be done? Cos I help if it fits in my busy schedule with college and all.

I have no idea how long the cartoon is going to take to be made. However, in order to actually have some sort of schedule, I'm going to make sure all of the voices are done by at least October, and see how long it takes to do the animation from there. Once the first series is done (I've already got two episodes written, and four more in planning), I'll have more of an idea how to do it, and, if I go on to another series, a more precise schedule can be made. In the meantime, just choose a character, PM me, and wait for me to give you your lines.

Yeah, I know I always do that. But none of those got to the stage where I was going on to a forum and asking complete strangers to help.

You'd better apply quickly - Receptionist has now been taken. Donna Manning has become free, since I fired God: I only chose him because he was in the room at the time. The dinner ladies have one line each, though, so, if you don't want to be Donna (the mother of the family), you might want to apply or one from the next episode I put.

I haven't got a microphone, or whatever it is on my home laptop, I need to get one, so I haven't done any voices, but flicky1991 hasn't done any of this for ages. I bet you anything that he's gonna say: "It's rubbish, I can't be bothered any more" And then he'll back it up with some explaations that don't really help. Youn see the way I used data with the word explanation, I'm revising for those science GCSE papers.

Yeah, he's stopped it now, until we're ready again, because I edit every script, and I want to finish Doctor Who and Torchwood, then two more series, and I think he wants to do other stuff.
