Calling anyone who's good at making graphics!If you wish to help out please PM Animal Crossing Man.
The current members helping out are (in the order they asked):

Ok so what do we actially need to do? Simple answer make logos, lol. As you know the forum is undergoing a major change next week and one of the new hacks is that every new catagory can have its own logo. So thats what we're gong to do (hopefully, lol). We're going to make logos or every section of the boad which is why we need quite a lot of people helping out. Here's a list of all the things that we're going to need to do:
- Pixel Size: 600 x 150 / 700 x 200
Show / Character: All different movies. Make one containing images from a load of siffeent movies.
Any writing?: "The Movie Zone" or something to that extent.
Where will this be located?: have a guess... (in case you still didn't get it, it's the movie zone)
- Pixel Size: 600 x 150 / 700 x 200
Show / Character: All different actresses. (can be from any show)
Any writing?: "Actresses" or something to that extent.
Where will this be located?: wow this sections pointless, lol. (The actress zone)
- Pixel Size: 600 x 150 / 700 x 200
Show / Character: All different actors this time. (Can be from any show)
Any writing?: "Actors" or something to that extent.
Where will this be located?: Actors zone...
- Pixel Size: 600 x 150 / 700 x 200
Show / Character: A load of images from Comedies.
Any writing?: "comedy zone" or something to that extent.
Where will this be located?: "comedy zone"
- Pixel Size: 600 x 150 / 700 x 200
Show / Character: Any cartoons that you like.
Any writing?: "Cartoon Zone" or something to that extent
Where will this be located?: "cartoon zone"
- Pixel Size: 600 x 150 / 700 x 200
Show / Character: Anyone from The Simpsons. Can be pics from the movie, the characters or the episodes.
Any writing?: "The Simpsons" or something to that extent

Show / Character: Anyone from Futurama. Can be pics from the episodes or just the characters.

Show / Character: Doctor Who. The doctor / previous doctors if you want. Any other charcters too.

Any colour effects can be used / any animation / anything you want.
If you make a banner just post it here telling me which secton it is for (although i'll probably realise, lol). Also if you could tell me who you want it to say it's copyrighted to that wouldbe good too. When you hover your mouse over the logo it is going to say "copyrighted to: name of person"
If you wish to be taken off of the list just tell me, thank you
Also guests can now post in this area as some members are offering to help but are not members. It's not fair making them join when all they are doing is helping our community
Also it does not matter if two people make a logo for the same section as there is now a hack where the memebrs can selets which logo they want to use for each section n their profile. Just like you cn select the skin you will alo be able to select the logo. cool eh?

Oh, then try casting a shadow under it, and bevel and embossing it so the text is more visible

Assuming you're using Photoshop 6-10
On the 'layers' menu, double click the text layer
Select 'bevel and emboss' on the menu on the laft side
Play with the sliders until you get the desired effect
Now click 'drop shadow' from the menu on the left side
play with the sliders to make a shadow
Press OK
