well seeing as Dr Who and Torchwood are.... meh wats the word? but you can spell either using the letters from the other... if you get what i mean?
i did hear a story about "Torchwood" being the label they put on Dr Who scripts and tapes ect when they were transported so people didnt know what they were and wernt stolen... but i dunno if its true
