Series 1 Episode 20 (The Power Of Two)

Phoebe sees the ghost of a serial killer while on a sightseeing visit to Alcatraz. Phoebe watches in horror as the evil spirit escapes the island seeking revenge on the people responsible for sending him to the gas chamber. Phoebe and Prue must figure out how to vanquish the evil spirit and stop him from killing again, and they must do it without Piper, who is off on a business trip.

I kind of liked this episode, but it wasn't my favorite. It was kind of boring to me at parts, but on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate it a 7.

the episode was funny cos that was the one where Phoebe learned to control her Premonititons so she could forsee Piper missing her flight even nthough she made it to hawaii and she fakes that she is actually there to relax and get away from all the witchey magic
