Pregnancy gives us an opportunity to feel proud of what we are doing. Quite often I welcome clients to MumsCoach with a phrase, “Congratulations, you have just been appointed as the CEO of the most important company in the world – your family. I look forward to helping you achieve great results”.
This has two meanings that we talk about:
1) The pressure of parenting and
2) How proud they should be of this promotion.
MumsCoach was developed to help you feel proud on the inside and manage the life changing experiences of becoming a parent. Let’s face it, the whole process can be quite scary and it is helpful to surround ourselves with people that support our own choices as parents in a positive way rather than just telling us horror stories or that we “should” do this or that.
